Step 1 — Project Portfolio. The AI Projects dashboard shows your entire portfolio at a glance — total projects, average health score, at-risk count, and active initiatives. Each project card shows its current phase, health score, and a colour-coded progress bar.

Step 2 — Create New Project. A two-step wizard lets you choose from four built-in templates — Credit Scoring, Fraud Detection, L-L-M Application, or Computer Vision — each pre-loaded with tasks, milestones, and a workflow canvas. Or start from a blank project with all six phases ready.

Step 3 — Project Overview. The overview shows a six-phase lifecycle bar — each phase colour-coded with a progress percentage. Below it, task summary counts and a milestone tracker show exactly where the project stands. Gate milestones marked with a diamond symbol must be passed before the next phase begins.

Step 4 — Gantt Chart. The Gantt view renders a pure S-V-G timeline with phase-coloured task bars. Switch between day, week, and month zoom levels. The blue vertical line marks today's date. Diamond shapes mark key milestones. Completed tasks are solid, planned tasks are dashed — giving an instant visual read on project progress.

Step 5 — Kanban Board. Six columns — Backlog, To Do, In Progress, Review, Done, and Blocked — give a full task workflow. Each card shows the phase colour stripe, title, priority badge, and due date. Drag and drop any card between columns and the status updates instantly. Click the plus icon in any column header to add a new task with phase, priority, due date, and estimated hours.

Step 6 — Workflow Canvas. The workflow canvas lets you visually design your A-I pipeline — similar to n8n or Visio. Drag node types from the palette onto the canvas, then draw edges between output and input ports by dragging from one node to another. Pan with click-and-drag on the background, zoom with the scroll wheel, and changes auto-save every one-and-a-half seconds.

Step 7 — Experiment Tracking. Log every model training run with hyperparameters and metrics. The right panel shows accuracy and loss curves across all runs in a live line chart. When a run finishes, the experiment status updates automatically. This gives your data science team a built-in M-L-Flow style tracker without leaving the governance platform.

Step 8 — n8n Webhook Automation. Connect any n8n workflow to project events — phase completions, milestone achievements, task completions, risk threshold breaches, or experiment logs. Simply paste the n8n webhook U-R-L, choose the trigger event, and hit Test to verify the connection. Automations fire silently in the background every time the event occurs.
