Step 1 — Login. Open the app and sign in with your role-based credentials. The platform supports Admin, Risk Officer, and Auditor roles — each with tailored access and permissions.

Step 2 — Dashboard. After login, the dashboard shows your full AI portfolio — model count, open risks, compliance score, and active alerts. Compliance bars show real-time coverage across all four regulatory frameworks.

Step 3 — AI Model Inventory. Every AI model is registered here with version, type, owner, risk level, and deployment status. Click any model to drill into its full profile, data lineage, compliance controls, and risk assessments.

Step 4 — Risk Assessment. The Risk module scores every model across five dimensions — data sensitivity, regulatory exposure, explainability, model complexity, and human oversight. Risk Officers add findings and mitigation plans to each assessment.

Step 5 — Compliance Controls. Each AI model is mapped to specific regulatory controls. Every control shows pass, fail, or partial status with evidence attached and a reviewer sign-off — giving you a clear, auditable record across all frameworks.

Step 6 — Data Governance. Every data asset feeding your AI models is tracked here — P-I-I classification, encryption status, retention periods, and individual consent records. This is essential for DPDP and GDPR compliance.

Step 7 — Agent Governance. Every A-I agent is registered with defined tool permissions, token budgets, and system prompts. Supervised agents require human approval before acting. Every prompt and response is logged for full auditability.

Step 8 — Audit and Reports. Every action taken across the platform is recorded in an immutable audit log — who did what, when, and to which A-I system. Click Export Report to generate a regulator-ready document for your next compliance audit.
